I received an invoice for $49,906 for services that were never rendered to us nor have we talked to them. They made the invoice look very legit by including a W-9. I verified that the tax # on the W-9 does match the name of the business on the invoice. I was alerted, however, when the invoice asked for ACH payment only. No other form of payment. When I researched the bank they used, GO2bank, I found many fraudulent accusations against the bank. So Axiom is either a scam or someone is using their business name to try to con people. I have reported this.

Received email that had an email thread which included the president of our board. According to the email thread our president told the company to send the bill to me (the financial manager). In the email it included a bill in the amount of $49,906.00 for services which included an in-depth analysis, planning, and implementation of R & D initiatives. The president of our board said she has never heard of them and had no email correspondence with them. The bill looks very legit, they even included a W-9 with a taxpayer id#. I verified that the tax id does match the name of the business and the business is located on the address on the invoice. They wanted us to send an ACH payment to GO2bank and gave the routing and account #. They said payments by check or Bill.com are not accepted. I looked up GO2bank and they had horrible reviews indicating this is all a scam. I couldn't find out anything on the Axiom Consulting.
