As of today—approximately two years later—I have not received the product I paid for.
After repeated unsuccessful attempts to obtain an update, I managed to get in touch with another representative of the company named Ryan (phone number: ?+61 430 501 558?), who identified himself as second in command. Despite multiple follow-ups, I was repeatedly given vague explanations and excuses regarding the delay.
Eventually, Ryan sent me a watch. However, the item I received arrived from China and, upon inspection by a professional, was confirmed to be inauthentic. The watch does not match the specifications or quality promised by the company and lacks the proper movement. It also arrived without any official box, paperwork, or certificate of authenticity.
I believe I have been a victim of fraud. Furthermore, I am aware of several other individuals who have experienced similar issues with this company, including unfulfilled orders and unreturned payments. I can provide their contact information upon request.
