Ordered a family nurse practitioner study guide. Product was never shipped. Reached out multiple times to Aveline with no help. They would reply by simply requesting that I remain patient and stated that the order was probably delayed. It has now been over 2 months since this order was placed and it has not been shipped nor has Aveline provided my requested refund.
