Purchased a bracelet, was never informed it was a subscription. Got one charge refunded back now they are attempting to take more. On phone with bank as we speak trying to get them permanently blocked.

Ava Rosier charged me 39.99 three months for a membership I never signed up for. I had ordered a necklace and bracelet and was supposed to get earrings too but never received the earrings. The pictures are misleading about the necklace and bracelet as both are not pretty and they roll on your neck and wrist so you mainly just see the metal. I highly would never recommend this company. When I finally contacted them via phone they would only refund 19.99 of my money saying that’s their company’s policy. They lie and are scamming people. Do not purchase anything from them
