I bought one package of Avaroot Cranberry Probiotic Gummies from a Facebook post for $39.99 using a credit card. Unknowingly this signed me up to receive subsequent monthly packages for the same amount. I cannot get it cancelled. The telephone number has been changed or disconnected. Their email confirming the order offers a cancellation, but my attempts to cancel by email ([email protected]) have not been answered and have not stopped the orders or charges.

Purchased avaroot gummies, emailed to return product per website to email them. No response from email. Disputed with credit card, American Express was unable to investigate the claim. Product was returned to sender, no refund received.
