I purchased a sweater from this company, AvaGraceNYC.com. When I received it, it looked nothing like the photo I had seen and was of terrible quality. I attempted to return the products and received an email from [email protected] stating I could either receive a refund or a discount on future purchases. I responded, stating that I wanted to return the product for a refund. I attempted this refund over several weeks via email and was never sent information on where to return the product or the promised shipping label. In addition, I received multiple copies of the same email. I also posted a message on their Facebook page. I have attached a redacted PDF showing a few of the emails I received and responded to. This situation has been going on since March 6, 2026. Here is the order information:

I ordered a sweater pictured on the website from AvaGraceNYC.com. You can see the fine detail and yarn fibers in the pictured ad. What I received was a picture of the sweater on a polyester poorly made shirt.
