I have sent information via USPS to Synchrony Bank (PO Box 71725 Philadelphia PA 17176-1725), the address given to me by PayPal Credit. That was March 16, 2026. We still have this charge of $2623.95 on our Credit Card as of April 12, 2026. AutoHoist USA (autohoistsusa.com) does not respond, CYB Machine does not respond, PayPay Credit is waiting on Synchrony Bank for a decision. Synchrony Bank is reviewing the seller's delivery information and apparently has not reviewed the information I mailed. There is no avenue for me to upload relevant material for the dispute such as the weight of an auto hoist, the FedEx weight package limit (FedEx being the delivery information given to Synchrony Bank) and the contact information with the service companies AutoHoist has used with PayPal. I have a file to upload for verification, but can't because it has personal information.
