Purchased item…….waited extra time for delivery….got item too late…..in addition item it NOT at all like pictured. Quality horrible and sizing off. Ask for a refund and return label. Was told the following… send a picture of issue and item, which I did. There response to that email was as follows: “ item was part of a sale at time of purchase and therefore not eligible for refund as stated in there policy” ( which you can see they added to catalog later.

They offered me no refund but 30% off another item…which also I am sure will NOT be returnable if not satisfied as it is “discounted”.

DO NOT BUY FROM….EXTREMELY!! POOR QUALITY AND DO NOT STAND BY THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL!

Ordered a custom beach towel from Wyoming in November for a Christmas present. Many, many excuses of not receiving any updates. Was told there was a delay in sending due to "Lunar New Year" that incidentally didn't happen until February. Was told over and over again it had been shipped. Was given tracking but tracking from 17track.net said item never received. Finally contacted Visa and disputed the charge. Despite many phone calls and emails, finally got an email from auteestore that they would not ship the item unless I rescinded the dispute. I told them it had already been shipped (according to them). No further contact and Visa refunded my money despite a rebuttal from auteestore. I contacted ScamPulse.com in Wyoming and they said there is no such place and the address was a restaurant.
