Ordered $58.79 of goods on Sept 7, 2026 (order #KB52579, tracking #AU735253841746) from aurenchoise.com. Tracking showed a long progression but never named the carrier. On Oct 4, 2026 tracking claimed 'out for delivery' then a false 'delivery attempted — recipient unavailable' scan, though someone was home all day and no notification was left. On Oct 5 tracking changed to 'operational delay — rescheduled' with no date. Package never arrived. Support emails unanswered for days; listed phone disconnected; website contact form blocked by endless verification puzzles; two email replies were generic templates with no carrier name or redelivery date. The bank charge appeared under a different business name ('young and wicked'). Other buyers on Trustpilot and ScamPulse.com Scam Tracker describe this exact pattern.

There showing that the boneless couch are on sale for cheap. I ordered two provided an expected delivery date never showed up, after multiple emails to them about no delivery and as of Aug 18,2026 there was no update on shipping, after threatening them they decided to send another link to update the delivery. Which stated multiple days in customs. This is a scam I'm making it clear that I've waited patiently but this business keeps saying they are reaching out to the delivery drivers and never respond to my emails with additional information. I want my money back and a bottomless couch
