My husband ordered something from the site in December and was signed up automatically, without consent, for Aurelle VIP, a subscription to the site. He contacted the customer service to cancel the subscription and received confirmation he was no longer enrolled. However, my card has been charged $29.99 two months in a row, March and April. I reported it as fraud initially because I wasn’t sure what it was because the charge came 3 months after the first and only order. But now I’m thinking they’ve reactivated the subscription without our knowledge. Both transactions have been reimbursed by my credit card company.

I cancelled the membership when I realized they were charging monthly just to shop with them on 1/11/2025. I received confirmation of cancelling and then again on 3/18/2025 they automatically debited 29.99 again. The original pajamas I ordered took weeks to arrive and the tracking came from I believe China or a country in Asia. The headquarters from Aurelle and Bloom says from WY. The latest support email the name of the company has changed to Aurelle and Bloom 3.0.

This company attempted to charge me for multiple orders. I legitimately placed one order with the company for a Christmas gift. However, they charged me again and this time when but the bank marked it as fraud I agreed that I did not authorize that charge. I obtained a new debit card. I have no clue how this company got ahold of my new debit/credit card information but now has started charging me a $29.00 membership fee, which the bank has also identified as a fraudulent charge. This company is a scam artist and I'm thankful for my bank protecting me. I honestly do not know how this company is still attempting to charge me money.

This website will provide the product you ordered, but continue to charge you monthly for a “membership” you didn’t sign up for. Their customer service # is fake and so is their “Cancel Membership” form.
