I ordered shoes from this website on June 23rd that I have yet to receive. I've been emailing with the company to get an update. They responded first saying they don't have access to the "new store's system" and would check once they have access. I followed up again and they asked for "more time and they remain hopeful my order will be dispatched in July sometime." I emailed a 3rd time asking for a refund and they responded saying "they've experienced an unexpected technical issue" that is preventing giving refunds and need more time.
