Purchased a pair of hearing aids for $89.00 from their website on April 27. The amount was deducted immediately from my account. They sent a message after about 10 days stating that they would be shipping between 5/8 and 5/11. After almost a month, I sent another message requesting a ship date. Got a reply on 5/29 stating the order had been shipped along with a USPS tracking number. Just checked tonight, and there is no record of this tracking number. Attempted to contact via the phone number on the text, and the number is no longer in service. No answer on the phone number listed on the website, either.

Ordered set of hearing aids. Cannot talk to anyone. No one will answer. Am canceling payment charged on my account and reporting them $75.65. I AM TIRED OF HOLDING ON. I TRUSTED THEM IN GOOD FAITH.

Bought these Hearing aids back on April 24,2020' Money was taken $75.76 out of my banking account. Can't call them it always says calling out of there time zone. I keep emailing them. They answer saying they have no info on me and I must have mixed their company up with another company. I have proof from my bank. They won't email me there fax or address. So sad ripping off others for profit . Thanks

Ordered a set of hearing aids online on 4/27. Numerous attempts to contact company via email, where no one ever answers except for computer-generated letters stating their supply chain has broken down due to COVID-19 and to please be patient.
Tried calling them...waited 15 minutes before I was told I reached them outside of their normal 9-5 business hours (I called at 1:30 EST, which would have made it 11:30 MST). $89.00 gone. Will try to find resolution with my credit card company, but don't expect much to happen.

Update: I got in touch with the company via Facebook. Received a reply within a couple of hours. They prioritized my order and, less than a week later, the hearing aids should be sitting in my mailbox at home!

Placed an order on 5/15/2020 , did not apply the discount code, to bring the price down from $89.00 to $59.00 went thru on my credit card. Sent an e mail and haven't heard back yet. Left a message on facebook and they deleted it off the facebook page. I haven't tried calling them .

I ordered these hearing aids on April 1st 2020, & was told there was a delay due to Covid 19. Based on the price, (after discount) $75.65, I thought it was worth the wait, & completed my order. Audient's Facebook representative was very responsive & answered all questions immediately.
I saw that they had numerous comments from people asking about the product, but not one had actually received the hearing aids.
I researched the company, the listed telephone number & address were bogus. I looked at reviews from several websites, which indicated that Audien/ Audient/ Audix was probably a scam.
On 4/20/2020, I contacted the company via Facebook & advised of my research. The Rep said it was an honest company & was sorry I felt that way.
I asked whe could I expect the hearing aids, & was told about the first week of May.
I said go ahead & cancel my order, since it hadn't been shipped, & was told I had to go to: [email protected] to cancel.
This site didn't exist. so I was unable to cancel.
I contacted my credit card company & filed a dispute.
I found that Audien Hearing ads are still running on Facebook but I can no longer post comments on it.
It's now 5/13/2020, & I still have had no contact with Audien.
I can read comments on Facebook, but can no longer post my own. I have yet to see a comment from anyone who has actually received the product!
My research showed that this company has only been in business for about seven months, and is a high risk as a Scam Company! BEWARE!

this company has nothing but excuses. "we are so busy" "we source parts from all over and the Covid-19 pandemic is making it difficult for us to keep up." On and on the excuses go and when you complain to them, or add a negative comment on their face book page, they delete it. I don't anticipate getting any refund, but I will harass them until the day I die.

I ordered these hearing aids around 3/10/20 and paid in full. On 3/14/20 I received an e-mail saying due to the high volume on Black Friday & Cyber Monday, which is in November there will a 1-2 week delay. then goes on to say To make this up to you we've decided to upgrade you to our top tier EV3 at NO COST!
As in all the reviews I read they had the same thing happen to them. These online scams need to stop.

it took me two months to receive mine that did not look anything like what I ordered and that was when I discovered I got an EV3. While tracking them down I did talk to one human being and did receive hearing aids but not what I ordered. I wanted the easy ones because they were small and rechargeable. The EV3 maybe an upgraded but they aren't what I want. I can't get back to anyone and seeing as how it's been over 2 months since I ordered I'm getting a little grumpy about getting a refund. I live in Arizona so I may find myself wandering over to their offices. I have already been on hold for nearly half an hour today and I'm writing this while listening to the Bossa Nova.

They list no contact phone number. No tracking number on my order, no expected delivery date. Will not answer email request for above information

my order was paid in full at the time my order was placed. No communication since. They are still advertising on face book and the internet.
