I PLACED A HURRIED ORDER FOR THE ENTRY LEVEL HEARING AID THE SITE TOOK MY CREDIT CARD AND THE DELIVERY ADDRESS WAS NONSENSE. I IMMEDIATELY ATTEMPTED TO CANCEL THE ORDER. DAYS LATER AN E-MAIL RETURNED OFFERING AN ADDITIONAL 15% OFF AND AN UPGRADE. I INDICATED THAT I STILL WANTED REFUND. MULTIPLE PHONE CALLS WELL AUTOMATED DEAD ENDS. GOOGLE SEARCH WAS NOT ABLE TO IDENTIFY A LOCATION. MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED A WEEK LATER. I WILL DISPUTE THE CHARGE. OVER A MONTH LATER NO HEARING AS HAVE ARRIVED AND NEVER WILL SINCE THE MAILING ADDRESS WAS NONSENSE AND WOULD NOT PRINT INVOICE. THE INVOICE DISAPPEARED AS SOON AS I ATTEMPTED TO PRINT IT N THE DAY I FIRST MADE THE MISTAKE OF ORDERING FROM THIS SCAM SITE THAT TAKES ADVANTAGE OF THE ELDERLY.

ordered hearing aids in april, didn't received them until june the hearing aids seemed to be flaud or maybe used. never worked like they supposed to ,one of the chargers didn't work, after about a week both chargers had stopped working. tried to contact them to fix the problem, could not reach them . paid 89.00. this company is still selling the hearing aids on face book. feel like this is a scam.

Dispute the charge with your credit card company. You should get refund although it may take a little while!

To Whom It May Concern,

I received my hearing aids on 6/22/20 BUT due to several questions/concerns, I have NOT put them in my ears yet. I am very upset/disenchanted with your customer service because you don't seem to have any. The email responses I have received do NOT address my questions/concerns and when I call the 205#, I'm on hold for 15 minutes and then disconnected WITHOUT speaking to anyone. Your automated system says leave a message by pressing #1, but when I try to leave a call back #--it doesn't go through and my call is disconnected. I realize these are very trying times today with the Covid-19 pandemic, but I spent almost $200 on these hearing aids and right now they are completely USELESS!
As you can tell, I'M EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED!

Dispute the charges with your credit card company or bank. It may take some time but you will receive all your money. Good luck.

My dad had be order these from ad on FB. That was 5/8/2020. Still no hearing aids but they did take the $149 right away from his credit card. Stinky. We sure learned a lesson. Never thought I'd fall for a scam- but wrong.

I need my money back.Unable to contact anyone. This appears to be a scam. One hearing aid doesn't work. The other one just barely. I purchased in April and received in June. This is Nancy Giles from Charlotte NC

Jerks no response when calling. Very inferior hearing aids. Trying to get my money but no success. Going to file with attorney General of my state. One hearing aid doesn't even work. The other somewhat. It says to use a replacement piece to keep running right. Can't order that as well. Read online (after the fact) that the people that founded this company don't even know squat about hearing aids. Only doing tins to make a fast buck

I contacted them several times because the order wasn’t delivered. They claimed the virus was the cause for delay.When it finally came it was not the hearing aids I ordered but a cheap imitation. I have tried repeatedly to contact them again but have been unsuccessful either by phone or email.

I ordered a pair of hearing aids. Was charged immediately to my account. After several months finally arrived. I opened the package and as soon as I put them near my ear a high pitch sound made me unable to tolerate. I returned them the same day. NYS says that you can return up to 45 days. They told me that because I opened the package they can only refund 1/2 of the price.

I ordered hearing aids in January 2020, Several email stating the delay was virus related. I Cancelled for non delivery in April and asked for refund. i get an automated response every time i email them stating they have refunded my money but they havent. I checked with my bank and there has been no refund. They tell me 3 to 5 day the money should be in the bank every time I hear from them. Tried to call the 205 number which is a Alabama Exchange but address is Pheonix AZ.. Next step is calling BBB in Pheonix Az to find any mere info..Going on 6 months now.

I bough on June 6 a pair of these hearing pieces they advertise in Facebook, but they can’t be reached. It’s a rip off!

In the first or second week of May 2020I ordered a pair of hearing aids and also a charger. I never receive them. now I can find any info about them. I appreciate if somebody can help me to recuperate my money. it was paid with my DEBIT Card from CHASE, Bank in Houston, TX.

I too odered may . Took 2 months to get. But got the wrong ones! Got the older version. You can track your order thru Post office. Hope you get the right ones!

I ordered these on May 10th and money was taken out immediately. 7 days later I received an email stating they would be shipped in 15-25 days due to the virus. I have not received my items and they are not answering emails. I cannot find a phone number for this company.

Took money, stated non delivery issue due to virus. They are really invisible, non existent to date!

They took $182.00 out of my bank account. Said because of Virus they couldn't get material for making aids. Sandra Barrett, [email protected], 1/515/231/9959. Thank you. I am 78 years old and need those hearing bad. On a fixed income doesn't make life easy for us elders.

I PAID FOR HEARING AIDS WITH A CREDIT CARD. THE WEBSITE TOOK ALL THE INFORMATION AND WHEN I TRIED TO PRINT AN INVOICE. THE SITE FAILED TO PRINT. MY SHIPPING AND BILLING INFORMATION. IT WAS CHANGED TO SOMETHING UNRECOGNIZABLE. AND MY EFFORTS AT CONTACTING THE COMPANY HAVE FAILED. TELEPHONE AND E-MAILS ARE BOTH UNANSWERED. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY! I WILL HAVE TO CHALLENGE THE CHARGE AND MAY HAVE TO CHANGE CREDIT CARD NUMBERS. I DID NOTHING WRONG BUT ADDED TO MY ONGOING DAILY TROUBLES THAT SOMEONE ELSE CREATED.

I ORDERED A HEARING AID AND THE SITE POSTED AN INCORRECT BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER IT TOOK MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. THE SALES SLIP WOULD NOT PRINT MY ORDER. THE PHONE NUMBER AND E-MAILS ARE UNANSWERED AND MOST LIKELY BOGUS. MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY IS IN PROCESS OF DISPUTING THE CHARGE. EARLIER COMPLAINTS BY OTHER PURCHASERS INDICATE DUPLICATE CHARGES AND NON RECEIVAL OF THEIR PURCHASE. SCAM!

I ordered a pair of Aids in April for $89.00.Didn't get them ,but they texted me was because of virus going around and shipment would be delayed. I got my bank statement today and they took another $89.00 plus $4.00 again. I tried to call them but was put on hold. Never got to talk to anyone. Started to read these emails on line about a scam. I called my bank and canceled my card. Now I'm out my money and my hearing aids. I'm a senior citizen 78 years old and I have no words for how I feel right now.

i ordered some hearing aids from this company a while ago, and never recieved my items, i have tried many times to reach this company,there phone service is a bad joke,,several hours in hold,and never a single answer,have tried a few times to email them, and again, no answers,

have looked up this company on scampulse and a few other sites,horrid reviews, all with the same thing,,orders taken,bank accounts charged and never recieving there items either,avoid this company like the plague, scamers,,most people are out 89.00 , and more.
