I ordered a dress from this company. It was pricey but was advertised as high quality. When I received the dress, it was the wrong color, wrong style and low quality. I reached out to their customer service, who told me that they would not give me a full refund. In addition, if I wanted a refund I would be required to pay for the shipping back to China, which they tried to sell me for $41!
