AskAnExpertOnline charged me $55 four years after I contacted them.
On February 19, 2026, 5 years later, I notice I have had $55.00 charged to my credit card account. I called the number on the transaction detail, (800) 808-0643, on February 21, 2026 at 7:50 am Central time. The man said he would refund the $55.00 but that I owed $99.00 cancelation fee. I said I cannot get into the account so he sent me a password reset request "cancel123". I am unable to logon to be sure that I no longer have an account. My $55.00 has not been refunded nor has my account been charged $99.00 for cancelation. I am quite angry that this SCAM of AskAnExpertOnline perpetrates recurring fees 4 YEARS later, which I may have missed the second year's charge of $55.00. This must be shut down by ALL ATTORNEYS GENERALin all states of United States of America.
