Applied for Aruba ED cards through the Arubaapply site and was charged a total of $139.00 for 2 people. Realized after that it was a 3rd party site and they were overcharging individuals. The cost should have only been $40. I was able to receive a refund for $55 but they then cancelled my applications so I paid $84 for no ED cards. I now have to go through the correct site and pay another $40.
