Item was being sold via a ad on Facebook. The site https://artverapresent.com/ describes their products and services as handmade USA business. I placed an order for 250 th America hat for a birthday gift. During the process of checking out you are redirected to Shop.com to complete the order. I checked for weeks in a row for tracking information on the Shop.com app as directed and no updates to my order. I emailed [email protected] to inquire about my order and received a response from contacts in China from a totally different email address stating they were behind on orders making them. Tracking never updated therefore I inquired about via email. A order showed up in a tiny bag and folded up in it was a pair of compression underwear. It takes the weeks or days to respond back. I asked for a refund and they started now they need pictures of the bag, label and the compression underwear. I threw away the packaging and item knowing then it was a scam! Online company claiming to ship clothing on Instagram. They claimed to be small start up company but never shipped the product and it was never received. It’s been over 2 months and the tracking shows it’s still in process. How is a company allowed to be operating in/on American sites when they are clearly a fraudulent company? They offered a refund when it was demanded but never sent one.

Item was being sold via a ad on Instagram. The site https://artverapresent.com/ describes their products and services as handmade, small business. I placed an order for 4 hats, and was redirected to Shop.com to complete my order.

I checked for weeks in a row for tracking information on the Shop.com app as directed and no updates to my order.

I emailed [email protected] to inquire about my order and received a response from contacts in China from a totally different email address stating delays. This was the same response I received many times. I asked for a refund and they said they cannot as the order is complete and ready for shipping. Which it is not.
