They don't allow you to cancel the order. When you try to return it, they don't respond for days and they say you have to try their products for 30 days... total scam.

The company Artuvate took my credit card payment and shipped the product 2 weeks later. I found out later that it was shipped from China. The product they shipped was not what I ordered. I have requested a prepaid shipping label so I can return that product. If and when they send a shipping label I will demand my money back. I emailed them on July 22 that they shipped the wrong product and requested a return shipping label. On July 26 they emailed me asking for a photo of what I received and I did that. On July 27 I received another email from them requesting the same information. I believe that I am getting jerked around and have probably lost the $89 I spent.
