Artisan Walk sends wrong items and refuses prepaid return
The site advertises a 30-day money-back guarantee with a full refund, no questions asked. When I reported the wrong item, I was offered 20%, then 30%, and told I could gift the shorts to friends or family. The alternative was a full refund only if I returned the items to Shenzhen at my own expense — USPS quoted $51.40 against $72.25 in dispute, so the "full refund" would have netted me about $20.
I asked repeatedly for a prepaid return label and was declined. I'm now disputing the charge with my card issuer.
Based on the return address for customer service ([email protected]), it appears ArtisanWalk is a front for Scenery Trade Co.
