Artbymaudsch.com Reports & Reviews (1)

The company advertises hand painted art by local artists. You are supposed to get regular updates and progress pictures and a preview for your final approval before they ship to framing. I checked my email every day, multiple times a day for these updates, and finally got a thread of 3 emails, dated different dates but all received simultaneously, stating that because I didn't reply to their email 48 hours ago, I waved my right to preview the art, and so it has already been finalized. The art has stray marks/flaws on it that I would have rejected had I been given the opportunity to preview. I have seen other reviews of a similar nature, which makes me inclined to believe this is a scam, that they are routinely not allowing the opportunity for previews because they are already painted, and just mass produced and stored somewhere, and then marked up significantly as "custom, original art."
