Ordered two aromifiers on December 5 for almost $70. No indication that product has been shipped, no reply to emails. No customer service or way to get a refund. Should be shut down.

I ordered a product from this website on December 18th and was charged $45. It is now January 16th and I have not received my package nor any information regarding it. I have contacted them via email, phone, and instagram and they have never responded. I have seen many other comments on Facebook of many others who have been charged for a product, never received it, and been left with no response to their many attempts at contact.
