I contacted IRS earlier today and recorded the conversation while the woman first indicated herself as the IRS agent gave me her identifying pin number which was 0100 14 80 after that she identified herself as an agent then ask me multiple questions that violated their policy with my verification information such as my social security my name and my parents maiden name along with address phone number and birthday all is the direct policy violations of the IRS code of conduct I'm dealing with any consumer then on top of that she will not schedule my appointment it kept making up various b******* accusations for no apparent reason saying I need to file a tax return to set up a five-digit pin and then on top of that said that they do not have any or will they do any five digit PIN setup inside their office all the while gaining more detailed information on my persons
