Paid for papers then was supposed to pick up oct 4. But they said their kid had to go to the hospital. They were supposed to deliver the next morning but nothing. Then they said Tuesday afternoon, but their kid had to be transported to another state so they put my puppy in a carrier company that kept asking for money like insurance, electric cage with air conditioner. They said they were on their way but got pulled over and said i needed to pay $499 for a city permit so my dog can be delivered. I didn't send them the $499
