Report

We were having trouble booking Amtrak tickets and looked for a phone number to call. We spoke with a man named Henry Wilkins who then booked the tickets for us. He took 4 passenger names with dates of birth. When I called the number he gave to confirm tickets and see paper confirmation I discovered I had not booked with Amtrak, and my card had been charged on July 22. I just now discovered this today up on trying to confirm tickets for tomorrow.
