I purchased poi glow sticks from this company and they don't work. I paid 37.80. They came from a california address but when I tried to send them back they provided an addr in China.
Below is their response to my request for a refund.

I order Cuban Quality Dog collars... What I got was plastic Junk .. the picture was of a Pit Bull wearing and being walked using this collar... I baught this product to use and look cool on my great Dane... There's no way I can even put this plastic junk on her...it would fall off..

Just days ago I ordered some snap fasteners and tried to cancel the order within 3 minutes. I just kept receiving delay tactics in email form and am now told the order has been shipped 12-20 days delivery. In view of what I have since discovered, I am not expecting to receive anything from them. Neither would I want a delivery from China which is where they are based. The virus will get the blame I am sure. Pay pal are no help at all so I will contact Master card and try there. I have lost all faith in Pay pal given what I have read on here and other places.

I ordered a car organizer that fits between the driver's seat and console. What I received was nothing like I ordered. It was a black sleeve that falls through the area. It is totally useless, which would have been obvious from a picture of the item. This is clearly a bait snd switch tactic. I could not find the item they sent on the website, nor could the company provide me a link to said item. Getting a refund is a hassle and expensive. The company hopes that the buyer will not bother as a result of the difficulty and expense. Stay away from thos company!

I ordered a Christmas gift on December 6 2019 it’s now February 28 2020 still no item. They keep telling me it’s delayed gave me link to tracking site that didn’t work. I insisted on refund and they told me it’s delivered! Gave me tracking number to check with post office. I checked at post office it’s not a valid tracking number! Total scam made complaint with PayPal awaiting resolution. Don’t buy from AMGT technologies!

I’m in the process of claiming back through PayPal for two multi function car seat organisers I ordered 3 weeks ago. They never arrived and I don’t want. Them anymore having seen on various blogs that they if they do post the order they send inferior goods nothing like the ones ordered. Numerous complaints online about AMGT Technology. Why haven’t they been shut down?.. Disgrace!

My experience was similar. Also equally bad. They tried to reimburse me and told me it would cost me more to return ship it and I was only entitled to a 20% reimbursements. After paying for expedited shipping. I still waited 50 days to be shipped the wrong item on a 5-7 day shipping charge.
I wouldn't shop again. Shame on paypal for not helping me do business.

I ordered items at 2019.11.24. I have chosen and PAYED for VIP Shipping (3-7 days)!!! It was $11. They sent me an order confirmation email that had a link to my order showing a 404 - Page not found page. After days I wrote them an email that something was wrong, they sent me another order confirmation link in return that points to a not existing article again (This is not an acknowledgment of the physical receipt of the stated Registered Article).

Meanwhile I have waited another weeks after deadline the event I wanted to use the item has been passed... So item is so useless to me hence. I told them to get my money back I didn't need item anymore - they can't.... Because they have chosen the cheapest (in spite of that I payed for VIP shipping) and worst way of shipping I had a lot of inconvenience to get the items personally at domestic post office at 2019.12.18. Being 22 days late for deadline! But arrived finally, I opened up package and I found 3 tiny and thin sacks for 35,98 USD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The webshop's website doesn't show pictures on the package itself that its small so misleading. I suppose pictures must have been taken of other products that are similars only. I found products on internet similar that are at half prize and much bigger.

It is 2019.12.30. and they stopped answering emails I think ( 4 days passed since last email - they have written me general things on how they were sorry and would make me satisfied on some ways in return I said I wanted refund )
