I was contacted by person through Indeed for an LPN position in Wooster, Oh. I interview with recruiter through teams and was offer the position right then and there after a 30 minute interview. Recruiter reached out with background check information and a job offer letter. Recruiter did not respond to an email for a few days and then I started feeling suspicious. I then started searching and found this. Recruiter emailed me again today letting me know my background check was still pending. I called said facility and they have been bought out by American Medical Administrators. However, they stated floor nurses contact medical director/NP with resident's ailments. I emailed recruiter and inquired on what exactly my role would be and no response.
