We called American appliance repair service and they came out to diagnose the problem with our washing machine. They came out again over a week later with parts to supposedly fix it. The washer wasn’t working the next day so I called and never got a reply. I tried calling a handful of days later and they did answer and said they would check their schedule. That’s been a handful of days ago. We paid the full amount for the repair, but our washing machine is still not fixed. They won’t answer their phone or call me back.
