I ordered a quilt from them on 12/3/18 and still have not received what I have already paid for. The website now says they are down for processing. I am unable to contact a person by phone as they now have no phone or address listed on their website.

My husband received information via Facebook regarding quilts, one of which was a fishing quilt. My nephew is a fishing nut, so I thought this was the perfect Christmas gift. I placed my order on 11/27/18, which was confirmed immediately. I received a follow up email on 12/8, stating my quilt was finished with the following additional message: "I’ve just got the notification that the product is finished, and it is ready for shipment. The usual course of action is that we wait for the courier to pick it up, and then it is in the process. The average delivery period from that moment is 7-10 days."

At this point, I had no concern as it seemed there would be plenty of time to receive the quilt for Christmas. Given the hustle & bustle of the season, I promptly put the order out of my mind, until I was wrapping gifts on 12/24. I checked the Amelia Quilt Website and found the following message: "We are now temporarily closed to process and deliver all the previously placed orders before Christmas! For instant support and information, please send us an email to [email protected]." I could not even view items they had available.

I entered "Amelia Quilt" in the search engine of my computer and found an alert from the ScamPulse.com dated 12/10 of a potential fraud alert for Amelia Quilt. I checked my credit card and found a charge from PAYPAL *PRINTABEL. I did not use PayPal and had never seen the name "printabel" before.

I opened an investigation with my credit card company immediately. I also contacted Amelia Quilt via email and received the following reply: "Thank you for reaching out. We are so sorry for the incident. We have a large amount of goods to be shipped at the end of the year, so we delivery your order later than usual. We will update you with the tracking as soon as possible."

I sent an email request to cancel my order and got the following response "Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel the order at this moment since they have been sent out for production." Interesting that the order has now been "sent out for production" when I previously received an email that the quilt was completed on 12/8.

As of this date (12/31) I still have not received a quilt and doubt I ever will. I again requested that the order be cancelled since I no longer need this Christmas gift, and was again informed that it cannot be cancelled. I am fortunate that I used my American Express and my money has been refunded while the investigation is underway.

Likely, no new orders can be placed since the Website is not operational; however, I would advise that no one place an order with this company. Additionally, I would recommend working with your credit card company to investigate this possible fraudulent activity.

I made the mistake in ordering my sisters Christmas gift through their Facebook ad on December 7, 2018. My credit card was immediately charged but I have yet to receive the quilt or any answer from them when I try to make contact. I have emailed them several times asking for an update on my order and all I get back is a generic auto response stating that “they will send a tracking # in the next few days” this had been going on since placing the order. I have never received any information on when I am going to receive the quilt I have already paid for. This company is a scam and should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of people. Also Facebook should take responsibility for allowing scams to be advertised all over everyone’s news feeds.

Clicked on online ad regarding purchasing a quilt for my daughter for Christmas. Ordered on 11/7, and it’s still not received. Emailed requesting a status, and eventually a refund but only received automatic replies.

I placed an order through an ad that I saw on Facebook. I received an email stating that the purchase was on the way and the money was charged to my account. I never received the package. I have attempted to contact the company several times with no response.

Ordered a quilt for my husband on 11/20/18 but have never received it. When emailing them on 12/26/18, I was told they would send me a tracking number as soon as it ships but it should definitely have shipped by now. Was also told it would be here by Christmas

ordered a quilt from a Facebook posting by Amelia Quilts on November 19th,2018. Received confirmation the same day. Also received Order Summary on the 19th. On the 20th received an email saying "my order is officially being processed and the estimated processing time is 5-7 working days." On 12-11-18 I received and email stating my order is on the way with a order number and a tracking # for DHL eCommerce and the USPS. No one seems to have seen a package from this company,

I ordered 2 quilts based on price for my grandchildren they were for baseball.Charged to my credit card, received comformation and approx. ship date, Never received and monies not refunded. Have been alerted that this is a SCAM, , however they are responding via email on Ecrafta, saying due to delays, they will send as soon as they can. These were order beginning of Nov. I am filing with the FBI Internet Crime Complaint .

Purchased a cat quilt through a FB ad on December 4th, paid $74.90. After a number of emails and some 'gut' feeling it became apparent that this company it not a legit company and some of the web addresses no longer work.

I ordered a quilt online through Facebook and received 3 emails saying it will ship in 5-7 days when I still didn’t receive I emailed them and keep getting sorry we will find out give us 48 hours. Then I saw the websites on Facebook and google blow up this was a scam. I lost $74.90.

[email protected] is who keeps replying to me. Axx-xxxx was my order number and it was placed on 12/2/2018. I can’t find a record on PayPal where I purchased it yet have an email to show it was. PayPal has no record. I am going to contact them again

Ordered a king sized guitar themed quilt for my son for Christmas. Got an email from [email protected] confirming the order but my other communications by email to the company have gone unanswered. Initially I could find a website for the company and checked that out before purchasing. That website does not seem active anymore.

The paypal transaction identifies the company as PRINTABEL COMPANY LIMITED

Ordered a King Size quilt from Facebook Ad on November 17, 2018 for $79.90. The only way to contact company was through email on their website, which I sent numerous. Finally received response on where my order was with very generic, in production or waiting on shipping through shipping carrier. As of today December 22, 2018 no quilt has been received or shipped. I paid for this through PayPal with a company called Printable Company Limited receiving the funds through Paypal. I have notified Paypal and opened a dispute with them and also contacted my credit card company and filed a claim.

I ordered 2 quilts from Ameliaquilt.com through a Facebook Ad on November 15th, 2018 for $139.90. Their website said that you would receive your order in 5 business days. Being that this companies address was only about 15-20 minutes from where I live I emailed them to see if I could just pick up my order to save them time, and money on shipping (they provided free shipping so I thoght I was being nice). I received an auto generated response just saying that my order was "being processed". They accepted their payments through PayPal so after a couple of weeks I contacted my bank, as well as PayPal. On December 20th I received an email from PayPal with a shipping & tracking notification from the seller. My order had a DHL tracking number so I went online to DHL to track the package, and the tracking number was created on December 7th but had never made it to DHL to actually ship. They created a fake tracking number to make it look like they were actually processing orders to keep PayPal, and the banks off of their tail. My bank gave me a temporary credit for my purchase while they investigate my dispute. I am afraid that they will try to say that they actually shipped my order, and it's not their fault that I never received it, and then my bank will reverse the credit so that these crooks will get to keep my $139.90.
