I purchased a twin size quilt with a dragon design for my granddaughter. I received an email notice stating the quilt had shipped on 12/11/2018 via DHL Global Mail. I was provided a tracking number. When the quilt had not been delivered by 12/25/2018, I attempted to track the shipment via the seller and via DHL. The tracking number provided by the seller did not show any movement on the shipment. DHL checked its records and there was no shipment with the tracking number provided. I am now trying to figure out how to get my money back.

On Nov 25 2018 I ordered a quilt from this co. It was on Facebook. I received a email with the co name, receipt # and invoice ID number . It said my purchase would show up as pay pay. I don't have a pay pal account but it was deducted from my checking account and it did say PayPal.

Received a confirming email stating they were working on my order and and email would be sent when shipped. NO email received. Tried the email numerous times and no response from any of them.

Their website stated it took 5 to 7 business days to process order, and when the order was complete they would send me the shipping tracking info. Today is December 21st, still haven't received any tracking info, or the quilt, and my credit was charged weeks ago for the item I never received.

Clearly a scam.

I saw their add via social media. Went to the site and found a twin size baseball quilt I knew my youngest son would love. I placed my order November 29 and paid via PayPal. On December 10, I received an email stating my quilt was done and would be shipped soon. It is now January 3, and I haven't received my quilt. The website is down and they will not respond to my emails. I have since learned numerous others have experienced the same thing. This business needs shut down.

I had ordered a quilt for my mother for Christmas in November. Never received a confirmation email and when I tried to open it through the tracking number it said it was unavailable. I emailed them weeks after I purchased because the money came out of my account and all it said was they got my email and their support team would email me back. They emailed saying the were very busy and would email me when my order was shipped. Nothing! It’s been over a month and still nothing. I researched it and come to find out the ScamPulse.com has reported it as a scam. So they got my money and I got no gift for my mother for Christmas. Sad!

Everything seemed normal. I placed my order. A month went by. I sent an email to inquire about the status of my order. Someone named Mariah Garner from Ecrafta saying it was being processed and I’d receive shipment information. A few weeks later a shipment notification was sent to PayPal but DHL had no record of the shipment number provided. No shipment ever arrived and my credit card was charged on the date of the order.

I ordered two quilts from an ad that I saw on Facebook. I realized that I might have been scammed after a month of no communication so I reached out to the company only to learn that the website was removed.

I filed a complaint with PayPal and after they reviewed it I received a shipping confirmation on 12/6. I’m fairly certain it’s not two queen sized quilts being shipped as the total weight of the package is 1.6 pounds.

Since 12/6 my package has not moved at all and there is still no resolution from PayPal and no more communication.

The company Amelia Quilt advertised quilts on Facebook. I ordered a "Pit Bull" quilt for my wife for Christmas, $54.90. I received an email confirmation and shipping notification. After 6 weeks, I never received the product. When I attempted to find the company online, I found an article that stated it was involved in an online scam. I never received the product and I am still attempting to get reimbursed from either my bank or PayPal.

I purchased a quilt from Amelia Quilts on 12/03/18. I contacted them via email ([email protected]) on 12/20/18 asking about the status of my order after the same email sent me a confirmation that the item was finished and ready to ship on 12/10/18. I received an email back from the same email address listed above on 12/21/18 stating "So sorry for this confusion in communication, we sent to you an error message, your order hasn't fulfilled. Please be patient with us. We will try to update to you soon." I emailed the same address again on 12/21/18, 12/27/18, and 12/31/18 asking about the status of my order and have received no reply. Following no response, I googled the company's name and see alerts posted that this is a SCAM and multiple reports have been made to the BBB.

On 11/27/2018 I received a Facebook share about cat quilts they were selling. I went online to the website and purchased a quilt, paid via PayPal received an email with an order confirmation and order number, and then several subsequent emails from Amelia Parker offering additional discounts encouraging me to buy more quilts. Received them almost daily until 12/13 when I received an email stating my quilt was done. I have contacted them several times and I have not received any replies other than the initial one when I modified my shipping address stating "Your request (106869) has been updated and will be reviewed by our support staff in the next 24 business hours.

Our office hours are 8am - 6pm ICT, Monday - Friday. " on 12/14. Of course I received no update. When I go to this webpage https://ameliaquilt.com/ and track the order number it says order not found.

Note: PayPal name is : PRINTABEL COMPANY LIMITED

Stupid act on my part I was lured in by the gorgeous cat quilt and did not even realize there was no business address or phone number until I went to pursue the status of my order. Lesson learned and sharing always make sure there is a business address, email, phone number, contact name, and other pertinent information and try it out before you buy.
