I received a text message from Amazon telling me someone had attempted to charge $189.00 and $1500.00 on my account and was having the merchandise sent to 49 Arcadia Ct., Albany, NY 12205. His name was Eric (Last Name) and he gave me an Amazon I.D. He continued to as suspicious questions about my bank accounts, and I told him I knew this was a phishing scam…..a few minutes later I received a call from Washington DC claiming to be a US Marshall, telling me that they had just received information from Amazon regarding a fraudulent claim. I called!@#$ on this guy and he immediately hung up.
