Spoke to a sales rep Justin

His number is in their website

I placed a $150.00 minimum order with shipping included

Received an email confirming my order was on the way

False

Then their 3rd party shipping company weedmaps courier asked me to Zelle them an additional $100 for insurance or no order will be shipped.

Alpha says it’s in the hands now. There’s nothing they can do they say Not professional or legal to ask for more money after transaction was completed

Shady business practice
