I took a Nursing/Caregiving course on the Alison website. I completed and passed the course. You have to pay for a certificate for completing the course. I paid for a digital certificate but then was unable to receive it. I emailed the company. Natasha gave me instructions on how to claim the certificate. I followed her directions but wasn't able to find the digital certificate in the account settings. I asked her to email the digital certificate to me after sending a copy of the receipt.
