I called called alex profecional towing because i broke down on the freeway on my motorcycle, got flat tired, alex towing charged me 303.00 dollars to tow my motorcycle, i paid with my credit card. They called pinochio towing in renton to pick my motoercycle up. To take it 5 miles down to jet city harley davidson to replace tire. Pinocchio towing said i had to pay them 50.00 dollars more for the tow or they would not pick my motorcycle from the freeway. I told them i had paid for the serviced already and they had to complete the service. The dispatcher said if i didnt pay the extra 50 he would not pick me up. So i paid the agree to pay the extras because i has no choice. My motorcycle was picked up and delivered. They take advantage of the situation to charge extra money i believe they should not act like that. Thats fraud.
