have found additional damaged areas which he offered to repair for additional fees. We paid a total of
$14,200 mostly via Zelle with the exception of a personal check for $2500 at the beginning of the job. At
supposed completion Richard left construction debris. Initially he made various excuses as to why he had
failed to pick up the debris with promises that he would do this. He never did and eventually began to ignore
our attempts to contact him. Following the first rainfall after job completion the formerly small leak
worsened resulting in substantial damage to interior walls. Richard has not responded to numerous attempts
to contact him.
