Ordered 2 pillows from them in December. Never received. In February, they advertised via email that if one orders a pillow by a certain date, it would be received by Valentine's. I responded to this email by asking where MY pillow was that I ordered in December. No reply. I sent another email in early April requesting that they either send the pillows or issue a refund. I was thanked profusely for my patience and was assured that my order was currently getting ready for shipment. Again, never received and no refund. I sent yet another email in July adamantly requesting a refund and received no reply nor a refund. I was about to send another email today, but saw that this is probably a scam, so am responding this way.

This is a scam. I ordered this item on December 31, sent them a follow up email, and never received the item. Do not order anything from Airway Technology. They are not legitimate. I requested a refund and they ignored me.

I saw an ad on Facebook advertising a pillow used for sleep apnea. I purchased it and my card was charged $64. After a month I had not received it. I sent an email and got a reply apologizing and they offered to give me a partial refund. I declined because they said my order had not been lost, they were just overwhelmed with orders. Now three more months later they are telling me that they cannot send my order and they cannot refund, but that they are not a scam......well obviously they are, and they got me.

Ordered Airway Pro pillow, pillow case and mask from Airway Technology (website Facebook) in the end of December, still not received. I lost $68.98. Sent several emails to [email protected] asking for status, none returned. No phone number found to contact, and in looking up the Alabama address (5516 Seville Ln, Montgomery, AL 36116, USA) on all email correspondence, it does not appear to be a business. The business is not found in Alabama.
