the flight was cancelled and I missed an important occasion and instead of rebooking I requested a refund. Told me it will take 1-3 months and later after almost 4 months checked with them and told me that the process will take 3-6 months. Now that its more than 6 months 7 to be exact no resolution from them and my money still not reflected back to my account.
