I was booking for a vacation for my husband, and I and I clicked on this link from AirHelpDesk.com he gave me all the information the hotel everything I waited they took my money. Even, now I’m getting the runaround of getting my money refunded to me. Marcos Perez, who is one of the customer service reps who booked the surface made a mess out of it screwed everything up so I had him canceled it. I have a refund ID. I’ve called them numerous times. I do have dates and times and who I spoke to, and I still have not received my refund.

I had an issue with my Gotogate airline ticket. I called them for help, but they didn’t recognize that I had paid for extra luggage. The airlines eventually issued me a refund, but at the same time, I received a phone call from AirHelpDesk.com pretending to be the airline’s customer service. The agent told me that because of the luggage issue, they wanted to issue me a full refund for the ticket price and asked for my credit card information. I never received the ticket refund, and they proceeded to charge my card multiple times, totaling $9,000, until my account was drained.
