I purchased a test for 1.50 which was weird when it said it was for free. Then afterwards I’ve been getting subscription charges for a subscription I didn’t sign up for. They’ve been coming monthly and have been attempting to take money until today they were successful.

I found an online personality quiz and paid $1 for my results through Apple Pay. The next morning, I woke up to several denied charges through Apple Pay from the company. They even tried charging for a subscription service. I immediately canceled the subscription I unknowingly signed up for to avoid any other potential charges. 4 days later, I wake up to a charge directly from my debit card that I NEVER gave them for their AI sister company. I NEVER signed up for that one. I’m in the process of disputing the charge now.

I wanted to buy a personality test, it first charged me 1 dollar, well 50 cent intervals which was weird. I got the results but I realized the website was sketchy. I went to go cancel my apparent "subscription" which was not shown when you pay, and it "canceled" it. Turn to find out they charged 30 dollars via "ai.persolabs". They charged me for an unrelated product, an ai subscription. They are scammers, as per FTC regulations, they cannot charge you for a separate product using information from another product.
