Type of a scam Online Purchase

Ordered an article of clothing from this online "store" which was presented as "Aidens Vancouver" with a maple leaf over the wording. The site had appeared in my Facebook feed. Received a low quality item that was much much smaller than sizing indicated. Very disappointed by being mislead. Upon trying to return the item, they said you could mail item back to a main warehoues, at your expense, for refund (which through email was revealed to me as being in China). They otherwise offered to let me keep the clothing I wasted money on and to give me 30% off another pieces of clothing. Not fair! No offer to fix the misrepresented product without further incuring costs to me. First, the website presents itself as Canadian, with the name indicating Vancouver, and maple leaf over it. Upon closer inspection, the map pin symbol on their site does not work as a link to a location at all...it is misleading. There is no phone number, just an email for customer support. There is no physical address posted on the site, but via email correspondance I was told if I want a refund I have to return the item to China. The charge on my credit card reveals the charge was processed in Bussum NH (is this the Netherlands or other?). I do not trust that wasting $30-50 returning the item to China will result in a refund. I do not trust my credit information is safe with this situation either. This was deliberate misrepresentation and was very unfair as it has left me in an unfair position of not being able to undo the charge with reasonable steps. Sending the item back to china for a reasonable shipping cost won't likely happen in the frame of time they indicate either.
