A company initially contacted an injured worker using all the correct language for work comp. They told her a nurse and MD would call her to obtain further information. Again, when calling, they used all the right language making her think it was set up through the provider treating her or the insurance. They then proceeded to sent her DME and medications. None of which had been ordered by her actual provider treating her injury but from the telehealth doctor after a phone call. When reaching out to the providers, it was unable to determine where the initial referral came from and from whom. Advanced Recovery CEO called the patient back and threatened a lawsuit for defamation. He was rude, aggressive, and threatening to her. He then called back and left a voicemail. How medical information initially was obtained is unknown and the fact she did not understand what the doctor was doing. Then for Advanced Recovery to be so threatening and rude to someone who was a victim is unfair
