Report

I was contacted by someone identifying herself as Dania Caldwell from Admiral Talent regarding a job opportunity. She told me my background was a strong fit and indicated that my profile could move forward with the client, but then claimed my resume needed to be made "ATS compliant" and recommended a specific resume service. She later followed up asking about my progress with the recommended service and stated that once my updated resume was ready, she would resubmit me to the client for the next stage. After researching the recruiter and company, I found multiple reports from other job seekers describing the same pattern and identifying Dania Caldwell/Admiral Talent. I did not purchase the recommended service and stopped engaging.

I received an email from Admiral Talent and after a quick Internet search, I noticed several postings which state this is not a legitimate company. They will review your resume, then ask for money to correct your resume so it can be read by Automatic Resume Tracking (ATS) systems. I did not reply to the sender, Dania Caldwell. Attached is a copy of the email.

Thank you.
