Scamming Company calls business location. Uses owners name and states the location needs more printer ink for the specified model printer. Clerk who answered the phone assumes it's a legitimate call because the scam company had the owner's names and the correct printer information. The scam company asks for the clerks name, emails an invoice and states the ink is on the way. We never authorized the purchase.

Scammer contacted the store and was attempting to confirm an ink toner order. Person who was contacted asked them to send an email, and provided an email. Initial email was titled Test, and when a reply was sent back, an invoice was sent as if we confirmed an order was made.
