We discovered a transaction that we didn’t authorize or request on our bank statement. When we called the company we got a recording to leave a message and no one was available to take the call. We called back and we were asked that if we wanted to cancel the order to leave the last 4 digits of the credit card. We didn’t do this. We called the bank, cancelled the card and a week later we noticed the same charge of 179.95 on our transactions. Again, we called the bank, but they cannot stop payment until it fully processes. We called the fraudulent company, Address Exchange, at 833 233 1177 and spoke to a service agent who said his name was Stefan. He actually addressed u over the phones by our first names. He told me the company purpose was to change addresses. I informed him that I didn’t know of the company or authorize the charge. Additionally, we did fill out change of address forms with the USPS within the last year.

Same thing here-- noticed a charge of $179.95 on the 15th of this month from "Change My Address" phone # 888 243 9731. My bank told me to call the number listed and get their information. Called and got a message, so I left my name & number in a message. Not sure why my bank isn't helping out here, but I'm going there to fill out a dispute form.
