I ordered a product for internal cleansing and received an original order of two bottles. I am unable to judge results, but in the following months I have been charged and received a redundant two bottles of NMN at 79.95 monthly on my Discover card. This has gone on for three months. Although Discover is investigating, it has still been an expensive distraction to deal with. I was never told I was entering into a subscription.

I ordered shea butter product and although it took two weeks I did receive it. The problem is I was charged again as though it was a subscription. I never signed up for subscription service and don’t want it. I have sent several emails and I have not heard anything back. The company has no way to manage subscriptions or anything on their website.
