The scammer posed as AAA Insurance Company offering a deal on a roadside emergency kit for a $10.00 promotion. It turned out that I did not win the promotion and my credit card was billed for $75.85. I saw the bank charges and called the number in my Bank of America statement. I called Elegant Trendy & Luxuries telephone number at 866.630.0598 and spoke with a customer service person. She told me my credit card will be billed monthly for their ongoing promotion and I now have a $125 voucher to be used for any of their gifts. I did not sign up for any of that. Told her to CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION immediately. She said she could speak with the business to see what they could do when I threatened to take legal procedures. She said she would refund my $30. The business address is a residential property. This is a total scam.
