This person listed a house for rent for 1,000. When I sent message on Facebook he indicated to contact him at the number provided, he proceeds to send me a very strange website for a rental application and a username for the rental application fee of 70.00. He put in texts that the app fee is refundable and then he mentioned he had to send the payment to his boss and an attorney I told him that doesn’t make any sense I’ve never had a rental property say they have to contact an attorney to submit background check and then email an approval letter. DO NOT FALL FOR IT I AM TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK AND THEY DONT ANSWER NOW!!!!
