The voicemail from 888-921-1853 Legal Notice Service said this...
This message is intended for ____ ______ I'm calling in regards to a complain notice scheduled to be filed out of jackson county. Your file number is ******. If you will not be able to receive and sign for the legal documents going out to your current residence or place of employment you will need to contact the issuing office immediately at 888-921-1853. It is urgent they speak with you today or they will be forced to move forward without your participation or consent. You have been notified.
The voice-mail left to my sister said the same thing. The voice was male but sounded almost automated and detached. After saying the file number there was a several second pause in which you can hear some background noise.
