Told me I could use a prepaid card to rent a car.
Texted copy of my card number and license copy and the lady said it was to late to pick car up, and the phone number went to busy signal and my money was taken off my gift card.
The Rental was for my Uncle's Funeral for us to attend. My money was gone off my American Express gift card and no rental car ?? ???????????
