I received a "Final Notice" from 888-788-4779. It had no return address, just a toll free number for me to call, 888-788-4779, but they have my name, address, current lender Capital City Bk on the notice, a "property code", it looks like a check for 199.00 at the bottom of the notice. I called my Bank to alert them about this potential scam.

I received a letter from 888-788-4779 titled “final notice” and it listed my last lender, name and property address. The letter reads “We reserve the right to revoke allocated waiver after 7 days of receiving this notice.” They ask that I immediately call 888-788-4779, M-F 9am to 6pm, so I called and was told to enter the property code (8901821488) included on the letter. I did not comply. The letter also includes something that looks like a check for $199.00, but the following is written on the bottom of the check “Not all consumers have previous coverage. Not affiliated with R***** Mortgage LLC.”

I googled phone number and ScamPulse.com notice popped up so I’m reporting it.
