The scammer used the name Chris Sampson and said he was from Certified Claim Services. He said I owed $7800 to a Cash Advance company that I had never heard of before. He gave the last four digits of my social and my birth date. He said I had been mailed a demand letter and because there had been no response I would be summoned to court. Also gave the option of paying $2800 to settle the case rather than going to court.
